Precision Tubes are the premium products manufactured by us. They satisfy widely followed ASTM 513, DIN 2393‚ EN 10305 and JIS standards. Our emphasis on in-house R&D enables us to manufacture customized tubes as per client requirement. Our tubes have advanced physical & mechanical properties and precisely meet dimensional requirements. We produce following types of tubes –

• Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Tubes: These tubes are formed by rolling steel coils and welding along the length of the tube. We manufacture ERW precision steel tubes from mild and carbon steel alloys that conform to various industrial standards as desired by our customers from transportation, power and general engineering sectors.
• Drawn over Mandrel (DOM)/ Cold Drawn Electric Welded (CEW) Tubes: The CEW/DOM tubes are manufactured using draw bench or globally patented “Cold Pilgering” process.
• ‘Bi-metallic tube’ or Composite tube: We manufacture these tubes through patented ‘Cold Pilgering’ process which gives flawless cladding between two different metal tubes. We envision a wide scope of applications for these tubes in various industries in the coming future. The company is expecting an approval in near future for its patent filed for Bi-metallic tube.
